Update on prisoners of conscience in Semnan

A half-yearly report from the Committee of Human Rights Reporters contains news of a Bahai prisoner in Semnan whose imprisonment has not previously been reported here. Her name is Rofia Beydaghi ( روفیا بیداقی ), and she has served 6 months of a one-year sentence. Her father is also in prison. The report lists 13 Bahai prisoner and exiles from Semnan, but omits to note that `Adel Fana’ayan ( عادل فناییان), so in fact 14 of the 19 prisoners of conscience from Semnan who are listed, are Bahais.
