5-year sentence confirmed for Emanullah Mostaqim

The review court has confirmed the 5-year sentence handed down to Emanullah Mostaqim ( امان‌الله مستقیم ), one of the staff of the Bahai Open University (BIHE) in Iran. He was charged with “membership of the Bahai community” and supporting the University, and has been freed on bail pending the beginning of his sentence.
