It was previously reported that security forces arrested Nava and Nika Khalusi ( نوا و نیکا خلوصی ), young Bahai residents of Mashhad, on September 26. PCED reports that Mahsa Mahdavi ( مهسا مهدوی ) was also arrested on that day. It appears that the security forces first arrested Nika Khalusi, and then searched her home and arrested her sister, Nava. Mahsa Mahdavi, aged 19, was arrested on the same day, following a search of her home. The father of Nika and Nava was arrested several years ago, on the charge of adhering to the Bahai Faith, and was initially condemned to execution, but he was released after several years in prison.
